Wine Add-Ons
Wine may be added to any floral order by calling us directly. We proudly offer a selection of wines from several local wineries. Please note that wine cannot currently be added through our website.
Delivery Information
Same-day delivery is often available for orders placed by calling our shop before 2:00 PM. Availability may be affected by funeral services, holidays, or other scheduling demands and is subject to change.
If you require delivery on a specific date and within a specific time frame, we recommend placing your order at least two (2) business days in advance to ensure availability.
Flower Substitutions
Flower substitutions may be necessary due to seasonal availability or market demand. Any substitutions will be made with flowers of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style, color palette, and quality of the arrangement.
Weather & Delivery Policy
To protect the quality of our flowers, we cannot leave arrangements outdoors during extreme heat, freezing temperatures, or other hazardous weather conditions.
When weather conditions are unfavorable, it is our policy to contact the recipient to arrange a safe delivery time unless the sender has provided alternate instructions that ensure the flowers will be protected. If we are unable to complete the delivery, a missed delivery notice will be left at the recipient's door with instructions for pickup, unless an additional delivery attempt has been arranged and paid for.
If your order includes special requests—such as a surprise delivery, limited recipient availability, gate codes, or other important delivery instructions—please include those details in the order notes or call us directly at 937-473-2377 so we can best accommodate your needs.
